Install door frames with ease!

The modern technique of installing door frames using assembly foam requires special tools that enable precise alignment and support. The TU door frame brace from BESSEY meets these requirements. Together with the TUX extension, the TFM-2K door frame alignment clamp and the WTR angle door frame alignment clamp, it forms a perfect mounting system that makes installing door frames noticeably easier and more efficient.

The BESSEY TU door frame brace fixes and supports door frames gently and precisely while the wall joint is being chased out. There is no need to work with wedges and struts. The cross-shaped pressure plate is held in place on the door frame with clamping parts. Felt pads on the pressure surfaces provide optimum protection for sensitive surfaces. By simply repositioning the clamping parts, frame depths of 6 to 13 cm or 13 to 30 cm can be easily adjusted. Inside the telescopic aluminium square tube there is a mm scale for precise door width measurement from 56.5 to 101 cm. The use of one clamp each at the top and bottom of the strap ensures that the frame legs are absolutely parallel.

The TU door frame brace is also available as a set of 6 in a nylon bag with wheels under the item number TU-Trage. This allows the installation tools to be stored safely and protected from dust after use and transported easily. The spacious bag also offers space for storing other products from the door frame installation system, such as extensions and alignment clamps.

With the BESSEY TUX door frame extension, even extra-wide doors from 104 to 196 cm can be installed. The extension rods can be connected to the TU door frame brace in just a few simple steps without the need for tools.

The BESSEY TFM door frame clamp perfectly complements the range for efficient installation of door frames. It allows the frame to be moved gently, thus preventing the decorative frame groove from being crushed or damage to freshly wallpapered walls. The door frame alignment clamp is first attached to the door frame. Large support plates protect the surface of the frame. A distance of 5 mm from the wall is sufficient to insert the alignment clamp. A pressure spindle supports it against the wall. The middle spindle is used to align the door frame and wedge it into the wall opening. A TFM is inserted in the upper third of the frame on the left and right to fix the frame in place at the sides. If two TFMs are inserted at the top and bottom, the vertical position can also be aligned precisely.

The BESSEY WTR angle door frame clamp can be used to hold and align the frame horizontally and vertically at an exact 90° angle. To do this, it is inserted into the corners of the door frame during pre-assembly. This stabilises the door frame and makes it easier to insert. To hold the door frame in the wall opening and brace it against the wall, a separate extension arm is locked into place on the side or top of the base plate of the angle door frame alignment clamp. The door frame is then aligned sideways and vertically using two swivelling pressure levers. The adjustment range is 32 mm. Damage to the groove area, such as wedging, is prevented by the pressure levers that support the frame in the middle. The angle door frame alignment clamp can be used for frame thicknesses from 8 mm to 30 mm.
